Hand-Painted Octagonal Mirror with Antiqued Mirrored Glass

Thomas Engelhart creates intricate objects such as mirrors, papered obelisks, and pyramid boxes as a result of his enthusiasm for antiquities. He hand paints the Ingres paper using acrylic and shellac based inks before carefully adhering it to his own hand sculpted designs including boxes, tabletops, and mirrors. These items boast a variety of mesmerising marbleised, speckled, and malachite finishes.

Mirrors are hand crafted from wood and feature unique, architecturally-inspired shapes and dimensions.
